In the session we did our usual thing of writing down lists of words in response to what Fred set as a task. What I got from having to make quick posters out of these words was how difficult it can be to describe your own personal attributes. I found it a lot easier when describing professional attributes and when making myself into a superhero, which was a lot of fun. I suppose in hindsight it is better to be aware of your strengths and weaknesses, as a person and when it comes to my practice, in order to grow and develop further. I aim to take this on board and try to figure out what I can improve upon and what I already excel in for the next poster task.
